2nd Year Ambassador

Why did you decide to apply to be an Alumni Ambassador? I decided to become an ambassador to find my place on campus.  I wanted to be a part ofgroup that would help me grow as an individual and that I could be passionate about.  This is a smaller, tight-knit organization that contributes so much to the traditions and community of NC State and I wanted to be a part of something bigger than just myself.

What excites you most about being an Alumni Ambassador? I am most excited about working diligently with the 26 members of my Ambassador family to plan Homecoming, SAA, and traditions events for the campus community.

What is your favorite AASAP event? My favorite AASAP event(s) would have to be everything Homecoming.  I love the late nights planning every little detail of Homecoming week and then being able to see the end product come to life that students get to attend and our Ambassadors get to work with pride.

What is your favorite AASAP memory? This is a tough one.  Every moment I'm around my AASAP family is a blast.  We love to laugh and joke around, but we're also all very passionate about the school we attend and what we can contribute to NC State.  So, my favorite memory would have to be Fall Retreat.  We get to welcome all of the new ambassadors and begin forming the genuine friendships that make working together so great.

What is something you are involved in outside of the Alumni Ambassadors? Outside of the Alumni Ambassadors, I am involved in the Red Cross Club and I work for University Recreation.  I am also dedicated to school and I have a great friend group that I love to be around during my free time.
