1st Year Ambassador

Why did you decide to apply to be an Alumni Ambassador? I applied to be an Alumni Ambassador because I wanted to be more involved with some of the things that make NC State such a unique place. I wanted to have a more hands on experience with the traditions and events, but also wanted to help give other students fun opportunities to build a stronger connection to the aspects of NC State that they'll remember long after graduation.

What excites you most about being an Alumni Ambassador? The most exciting thing about being an Alumni Ambassador is how many university events and programs we get to be involved in or help plan and having such a great group of people to do it with!

What event are you looking forward to most as an ambassador? The event I'm looking forward to the most as an Ambassador is Homecoming, or Red and White Week. Before becoming an Alumni Ambassador, I was really involved in other organizations that participated in the week's events, and getting be on the other side to help organize and plan all of it has been a really rewarding and exciting experience!

What is something you are involved in outside of the Alumni Ambassadors? I am the Director of Fundraising for Delta Gamma, a lot of volunteering for various organizations around Raleigh, and clubs on campus for both of my majors.
